8-Week Body Transformation.The 8-week BOX, MOVE, BURN challenge programme begins with nutrition coaching and fitness evaluation. Classes use a changing combination of shadow boxing, light sparring (non-contact), cardio, flexibility and strength training with equipment such as rings, workout ropes, kettlebells, treadmill, medicine balls and many more pieces of equipment to boost metabolism and tone muscles. Students maintain their momentum thanks to workouts that help them lose fat and tone muscles. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace, and each programme also includes before and after pictures.
