The 8-week BOX, MOVE, BURN challenge programme begins with nutrition coaching and fitness evaluation. Classes use a changing combination of shadow boxing, light sparring (non-contact), cardio, flexibility and strength training with equipment such as rings, workout ropes, kettle bells, treadmill, medicine balls and many more pieces of equipment to boost metabolism and tone muscles.
